If your move is based on an hourly rate, you will not be charged more. Everything is under the hourly rate. Just keep in mind, more “stuff” will require more time.

If your move is a flat rate and you have changes in the inventory, price is subject to change. Every situation is different. Send a follow-up e-mail to your sales representative and price will be discussed prior to your move. Problem solved. 

No, packing is a la carte. Please see our price list for packing supplies.

If your move date has changed, let your sales representative know ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate your new date. Please keep in mind, we are committed to other customers as well. Most of the time it is not a problem to change the date and timeframe of the move.

Yes, we provide long and short-term storage services.

Yes, we do. Depending on your destination, delivery period varies from 1 to 4 business days. All moves to Canada are door-to-door, all inclusive, exclusive moves.

There is no penalty if you cancel your move 48 hours prior to your move date. In this case the deposit is fully refundable. Otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable.

To schedule an onsite estimate, please contact us at (718) 374 – 4510. We will assign a specialist to visit the location at your convenience to take an inventory of everything that is being moved. Onsite estimates are free of charge. You will be provided with the flat rate price, guaranteed not to increase.
